This private service is run by PerformWell's Performance Coach and Director, Paul Burden MSc. Paul has extensive experience of providing rapid recovery from stress, anxiety and related conditions. This includes extreme examples such as CEOs in crisis, burnt out athletes and military personnel with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

His expertise in both stress management and Peak Performance means he can help his clients put stress behind them and perform at the levels needed to succeed.

What To Expect

When you arrive  for your first appointment, you'll be greeted by reception and can relax in comfort before your session begins. During the session we'll listen and make sure we really know what you are experiencing and how you really want to see things to change. Then together we'll develop an outline plan to make these changes happen.

The plan will be specific to you and the approach taken will depend on what will work best for your situation. One approach might be to retrain your triggers to an inappropropriate stress response instead to feelings of calm focus, or whatever would work best for you. You retain control of your choices throughout and we'll guide you through the steps needed to get the result you want.
