Making British History – Samantha Cook Quadruple Gold Medalist

Massive Congratulations to Samantha Cook on her success at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu British National 2015 Championships.

Sams focus, self-discipline and determination helped her to beat the competition in two different disciplines in both of 2 different weight categories, winning an outstanding medal haul of Four Gold Medals – an extraordinary achievement by any measure.

I wouldn’t have believed in myself so much or have found the ability to just let things go, if I hadn’t worked with you. So, thank you! You played a huge role in my success.”

“It’s just been so crazy the last few days with people calling me for sponsorship and to fight on their shows. I’m a little overwhelmed by it all, but in a good way.

“I have highly recommended you to a lot of people in the sport, because I genuinely feel you changed my whole perspective on things. Now I just focus on what’s important and let go of the negatives and stop thinking about things so much, and the results speak for themselves…”

It’s been a real pleasure working with Sam this year. As well as her world class martial arts skills, Sam’s intelligence, generosity and warmth of character means she learns quickly and is well respected and liked in the martial arts and wider community.

This has enabled Sam to recruit a strong team around her including her brazilian jiu-jitsu coach Chico Mendes, Tony Gill at Bristol Physiotherapy, myself to cover the Psychology of Success and others. I work with a lot of talented people and Sam really stands out as someone of tremendous potential.

Sam makes a great ambassador for sports brands and businesses. To sponsor Sam (while you can afford her!) please email info@performwell.co.uk for details.

Here’s to your success!
