You've achieved a lot to reach this stage of your programme. You've dug deep, demonstrated rare openness and commitment and maybe even slayed a few demons... Congratulations!

During the transformation phase specifically, you adopted a new set of blueprints that offer a comprehensive set of principles and models for how our neurology and psychology works.

Collectively these blueprints enable us to make more sense of our experience and how we interact with others. Furthermore, using these blueprints you made light work of understanding the change processes and applying them to evolve the way you perceive, react and respond, gained greater clarity into how things really work and how you approach achieving your goals.

You've achieved more personal development since starting this programme than most people do in a lifetime. The first step in consolidating your transformation is to acknowledge it. This exercise will help you to do exactly that.

Please set aside time in your calendar to write in your own words what has changed for you so far during this programme. You can write as much or as little as you wish. The more you are able to acknowledge the more powerful the consolidating effect.

Please email this to me the day before our next meeting.

This exercise also has the side benefit of being satisfying in itself. You should take pride in what you have achieved and enjoy noticing how much you have grown.
