Open the possibilities for yourself by Dreaming the Big Dream.

For most people, the moment they start to dream about what they really want, their inner critic pops up and slams the dreamer for being so stupid. That stops the dream in it's tracks. When people kill their dreams, they feel dead inside. We all need our dream!....

Here's how you bring the dream to life:

Bring out your Inner Dreamer. Have your Inner Dreamer dream the big dream. On large format paper, draw the dream as it evolves. Use colour and symbols and limit words. Let the dream play out and grow. This isn't about being realistic. Not yet. Have it take on a positive life of it's own. You might even find abstract shapes or doodles somehow belonging in the dream. Let the dream expand until the dream is fully dreamt.

Once the dream is complete and only then, have your Inner Dreamer invite your Inner Critic to do what he does best - criticise the dream. Find all the faults, errors and flaws in the dream.

Once all the criticisms are complete, together your Inner Dreamer and Inner Critic invite your Inner Realist to rationalise the ideas in the dream and pick out those that might be good candidates for goals.
